Overview

Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 5gbd ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of 5gbd.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services available through the platform. By accessing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy referenced herein.

5gbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication. Continuing to use the platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using 5gbd and contact support to close your account.

Eligibility

Who May Use 5gbd

To register and use 5gbd you must satisfy all of the following criteria. If you fail to meet any one criterion, you are not permitted to open an account or use the platform in any capacity.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 5gbd conducts mandatory age verification through its KYC process prior to processing withdrawal requests. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and original deposited funds returned to the payment source used.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law may not use the 5gbd platform.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on 5gbd. Operating multiple accounts — in the same name, under different names, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must register and play using your own identity, your own verified payment methods, and your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing any third party to operate your account, is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Accounts

Account Registration, Verification, and Security

To access all platform features you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password, and basic identity information. 5gbd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. KYC may require government-issued photo identification and proof of address. We recommend completing KYC promptly after your first login to avoid delays on future withdrawals.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with any third party, including 5gbd staff — 5gbd will never request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support immediately.
• You agree to log out of your 5gbd account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 5gbd implements automatic session timeouts as a security measure, but these do not replace your obligation to log out manually.
• 5gbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. During investigation, funds may be placed on hold. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals

5gbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial activity on your 5gbd account.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page inside your account dashboard. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited in real time. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take slightly longer due to card network processing times.
• 5gbd does not charge fees on deposits made via local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Fees imposed by your own payment provider on outbound transfers remain your responsibility.
• 5gbd may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for compliance or anti-money laundering purposes. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment account held in the same name as your registered 5gbd account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above the platform's stated threshold are processed.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times for other payment methods may vary. 5gbd is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages beyond its control.
• Account balances inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as detailed in the account terms displayed on the platform. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

Bonuses

Bonus and Promotional Terms

5gbd offers bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per account lifetime. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• 5gbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has opted in but before wagering requirements are completed, any bonus funds already credited will be retained subject to the original wagering conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged directly for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Game-specific contribution rates to wagering requirements vary by game type. As a general principle, sports and cricket betting markets contribute at a lower rate than casino and slot games. Conduct

Prohibited Conduct and Responsible Gaming

5gbd is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct rules apply to all users of the platform. Violation of any rule may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or bypass security measures is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence in many jurisdictions.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip-dumping, coordinated bet strategies, or any arrangement designed to exploit bonus terms — is prohibited. 5gbd's fraud detection systems actively monitor for collusive behaviour patterns.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or platform feature for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings accumulated through a known or suspected software error are void and will be removed from your balance pending investigation.
• Any form of money laundering — including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to layer or integrate illicit funds — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Platform Rights

Intellectual Property and Account Termination

All content on the 5gbd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5gbd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial online gaming activity. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.

5gbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion for breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, identity fraud, engaging in fraudulent or collusive activity, or any conduct that 5gbd reasonably believes threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Upon permanent closure , any remaining balance will be assessed by the compliance team and returned or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Liability

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5gbd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits made by you to your 5gbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5gbd will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not 5gbd was advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits 5gbd's ability to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Updates

Changes to These Terms

5gbd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 5gbd will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on account before the changes take effect, where practicable. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using 5gbd immediately and contact support to request account closure. Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the updated agreement.
